We target prime locations and modern specifications, executing value-add strategies - proactive leasing, targeted refurbishments, and energy upgrades - to unlock rental reversion and capital appreciation. As part of Piraeus Bank, we benefit from institutional backing, financial stability, and efficient access to capital, underpinned by robust governance, transparency, and controls.

Sustainability is embedded in our plan. Having initiated a Green Asset Strategy in 2023, we aim for more than one-third of assets to be LEED/BREEAM certified by end-2026, while benchmarking performance through GRESB. Selective (re)developments further enhance the risk/return profile and future-proof the portfolio.
